I'm excited to see that my weight has finally dropped by several further pounds but I can't decide whether to enter it on my FS chart or not... Usually, I only do a formal 'weigh-in' once a week, even if I look daily. I know none of us should obsess over the figures on the scale but, hell, the point is to lose weight after all! I'm so thrilled to have lost more than my normal tedious pound a week that I'm dying to do an entry mid-week. But then, if it's just a temporary blip, I might have to enter a gain later, which I spoils my ski-slope of a chart. *sigh* Oh, the luxury of first-world anxieties, eh? Clearly got a bit too much time on my hands. :-)

Challenging myself to a holding pattern till my usual weigh-in. Still feels great either way!

I didn't want to say anything until after you decided to enter it or not....the same thing happened to me, before Sun, my usual weigh in day I had gotten as low as 177.4 & wanted sooo bad to see it on my graph yet held out to Sun....which was up 2 oz from what my last weigh in was! so instead of seeing a decrease I saw a slight increase. Oh well :D

Haha... I had to respond to your post.... because I know EXACTLY how you feel. My official weigh in is tomorrow... But I also unoficially weigh myself daily... And I sooooo wanted to post my weight today!!!! Especially since last week was soooooooo bad. But I decided to save it for tomorrow and hopefully it will be down further. Anyhow, just wanted to say I am proud of you and keep up the good work!
