UPDATE: February 2021

Wow, I’ve been using this app since 2011 and I must say, it’s never failed me. Accountability is key for me and this helps me stay accountable. I’ve had so many ups and downs in my weight loss journey since I started here 10 years ago but... I’m happy to say I’m in a good space right now. I’m eating well and working out regularly and my body is responding. I am currently 4 pounds away from what I’d initially set as my goal weight of 180 pounds. I guess we will see how it feels when I get there... and I’m gonna get there! I’m happy and I’m healthy and that’s not something I’ve been able to say and really mean for a long time. They journey is long and far from over but progress is sweeter than perfection... don’t give up on yourselves folks ❤️
