Ok... so I was wondering when the weight loss would come to a halt... to my surprise it not only came to a halt but went up a pound. I'm starting to learn a lot more about nutrition and protien carb ratio's. I need more protein! Instead of getting discouraged today I went to the gym early and did more than I usually do. I'm on a pretty low cal diet so I was really hungry. I discovered simply egg whites, celery, two mushrooms, tomatos and onions for breakie in a scramble... deeeeeeeeeeelish. Also salsa is now a serious friend along with tabasco... I love the heat and it helps me to savour my meals. My 30th birthday is in 3 days and I'm hoping to celebrate my health this year instead of waking up with a serious hangover and falling off the track. I would love to celebrate tommorrow a pound less, but we will see... the high of overcoming my discouragement is pretty good too!
