Well I can thank the 'break-up diet' for my steller weight loss this week. My week has been less than pleasant, to say the least. The bf broke up with me, my gram fell and broke 4 ribs, my dad had major surgery and as of early this morning my gram is in the ICU. It's entirely too much to handle for me. I can't eat or do much of anything. Being at work is a waste of time and I feel so lost and helpless. Needless to say I have not worked out beyond 1/2 a P90X video on Monday evening. I have no ambition and no energy. I think the crying had to burn a ton of calories but I don't know how to track that on my Diet Calander. I can't even be excited that it's the weekend because I'll be sitting home alone instead of spending it with the bf. A lot of things happened this week and I hope I am strong enough to get through them.
