Today, I reached 13st 3lb (183lbs), which is exactly 100lbs off since I started in April 2013 at 20st 3lb (283lbs). I still have 21 to go if my goal is 11st 10lb (164lbs), the weight at which I'll have an officially healthy BMI. Seems like such a long way to go yet, especially at just a pound a week, the rate at which I'm currently losing. At this pace, it'll be June by the time I get there, rather than before the end of April, which is what I'd been hoping for. Still, must be sensible and go slowly, rather than blowing it now. Just getting there is what really matters.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your wonderful support. You -- and FatSecret of course -- have been absolutely critical in my successful weight loss and will continue to be so. Just remember to enjoy the journry and when you get to your destination your training is complete, now the real work starts the maintence, it is work but with all you have learned along the way you will be a example to us all what an acomplishment, congratulations, I am only starting I hope I get rid of (not lose as I never want to find it) 1 lb a week I am looking at April 2015, but with the support of family and all you guys to inspire me I will do it.
