Yay! I'm doing great so far. I feel better since I've been working out every day, my stamina is increasing, and I've gotten my hubby involved in working out too. I'm so happy!
I dread going home sometimes to exercise, but since my hubby has been participating, it's been more fun. Plus I don't feel like I have to hide it from him or wait for him to go away so I can work out. It's really nice to have a partner in all this.
Plus the best thing ever is my hubby has decided to start eating better. Now it will be easier for me to eat better because I need to make sure Steven is eating better too. I've very proud of myself so far. Keep it up.
