Snowmagedden here! I had to go and pick up my two girls from two different schools early today. The snow has been relentless - I am sorry for our snow guy. He did one bout already and will have to do at least 1 more this afternoon. Accidents everywhere. I hope everyone is staying safe!

I am holding at 213 today ... I know it's TOM because I feel lighter than yesterday. Glad to be eating veggies again but keeping things under control in terms of overall calories and carbs. Once I eat breakfast, I find I am not that hungry at lunch time. However, today after I cleaned off two of our cars I was soooo cold. I made myself hot cocoa with some additives (cream/1/2 tblsp butter/touch of almond essence) - it was absolutely delish and hit the spot. I got a lot of exercise going in and out three times today (especially those stairs at my daughter's high school). It would be a really nice day to go sledding with the kids but they both have things to do ... sheesh!
