It showed me that as well! It’s amazing how much calories and bad fats are in the junk food that we all love. At least you’ve made a very good step. This is a family here so we are all here for you.

I usually have avocado toast with hummus for breakfast. That adds up to about 600 calories or so. But then take about a month ago when I had 2 croissants for a snack and they were around the same amount of calories. But I was starving after having them whereas I’m quite full after my usual breakfast. Plus croissants are full of lots of butter and white flour and probably bad fats. It’s a hard sometimes lonely road, but well worth it.
