I want to thank everyone for the offers of assistance. Yes, I know I probably consume too many calories, and yes, I should exercise more. But my weight has been falling for several months now and that is all I could ask for. It took me 3 years to gain the weight. I am totally OK with it taking three years to lose it. What else have I got to do?? Menopause is a bitch, but I am on my way back to normal!
