This week was interesting. I decided to get two Whoppers and a Crispy Spicy Chicken Parm on Wednesday after work and the gym. despite this poor choice I lost weight. So I assume this is how intermittent fasting works. The positive from this is I know if I make better decisions I should be able to continue a weight drop. Still not pleased with no breaks at work, but I do know which protein bars are good...or at least edible with little compromise.
