sat crying I've been good. cal counted in treats,walked more, more fruit and less bread and this happened. what am I doing wrong???? devastated its destroying my self esteem

You think the extra exercise has gained muscle which is heavier than fat? Try taking body measurements rather than chasing weight goals? Don’t let the result ruin your weekend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been feeling the same way, but if you have been exercising more, you are building muscle for sure. Try upping your water as well. I need to do the same. Some days I’m really good about it, others I’m terrible. Your doing the right things. 💜💚

Cut out the fruit it’s basically sugar eat more protein body uses the most energy to digest proteins completely stay away from bread

Could be you've put on muscle. Rather than just watching the scales, see how your clothes fit as well.

I drink loads of water anyway but more at night than in the day so will try that and take fruit back out as that's the only big change. Even cut down salt. My muscles ache so could be that thank you all I will keep going just disheartening as I'm so bloated clothes dont fit xx

This change in weight may not mean that you are putting on weight. Be careful with weighing, try to do it in a similar period during the month due to hormones. In addition, the scales are inaccurate and may show a different weight depending on where you put it. Good luck :)

Make sure you’re comparing weight at similar times of your cycle - this can affect your ‘weight’ by upto 5 or 6 kg difference!

I've been weighing every sat I did have a check wed and same weight as now that was before the exercise but will keep trying I just feel so down xx

It’s ok to feel down, but you obviously have lots of support and love going by all the comments on here and I know you can pick yourself up and carry on to reach you goals and feel good again x

Always weigh yourself in the morning after going for a wee, we all fluctuate a couple of pounds here and there so try not to be a slave to the scales and concentrate on how you feel within your body x

As a female, you should only way yourself once a month and on the same week I.e week 3 then repeat again on week 3. This is due to the mensural cycle as it fluctuates massivly depending where on the cycle the body is at. Hope that makes sense 👍

Don’t beat yourself up woman can fluctuate so easily- could be Bcos you had bit extra salt or you haven’t been to toilet also if you exercise bit more then usual can be muscle gain. Chin up 🆙 you doing amazing

I would suggest that, if you feel bloated, avoid bread, or even wheat products all together.I always had a round tummy, even when I was young and very slim. I thought that was just how I was made... until I realised, in my 40's, that it was bread!! It makes me bloat. Maybe that's the same for you? Don't get depressed, you are doing all the right things, and remember.... we are all beautiful, just as we are!

Sorry to hear that A-M. Don't let it get to you. Have a couple of days where you enjoy your food then sit down and think what your demons are and reserve them for maybe a couple of times a week? x

oh I'm sorry A-M I'm sure it's just a bad week and you'll be back on track in no time. sometimes even when we do our best our bodies decide to do the opposite. you'll get there, keep going you're doing great 🙂
