Jurnal Shellsbells 140, 02 Feb 14

Oh good gracious!!! I am starting to dread any clothes other than my tracksuit bottoms and the red flags are popping up everywhere.

Lost 7 pounds with a buddie before Christmas and now straight back up again. I really want to be 140 pounds but failed trying to get there so have creep back up from around 147, gradually to 162.

I have to keep telling myself I can do this!!

Am just after a bad week and a pig out of junk over the weekend..... I need to get back on track and feel good about myself! I need to count every calorie.

Shells, You CAN do this! I got your back! :) One week/weekend does not "ruinith" all! Tomorrow is another day! Hoping you have a BETTER week! :)

Omg! Thank you so much! I missed nearly all my workouts last week..... it is now 6.40, the wind and rain is howling outside. I have 2 feet on the floor and I am going to go to the gym for my weights session!!! Thanks milerm40!

No guilt. There is no such thing as failure, only feedback. Nail it tomorrow. We all work hard to reduce the number of 'off' days we have. You'll be fine.

Thank you so much!!! I have remembered why I need to lose..... I have some lovely clothes that I really want to fit into and also, I got made redundant in 2013 (all good as am back working) but I will be at the same conference as my ex-horrible boss in a few weeks so I need to have my head in the air!! Thanks for the support guys and gals x
