It is so simple too just gotta get right stuff I used 5 shrimps. A quick cooking greets I use quakers brand. And drum roll for the vegeta all purpose spice from Europe. My polish friend introduced me to it and now I put it on everything pretty much. It makes everything lasts like it was made with chicken broth but it’s all vegetables kind of spice. I found it at international market but I’m sure you can order one online. Ooo! One time I saw it at Publix. Little goes a long way so just tea spoon of that spice. Mmmmm delisiosness. 😋

Yeah I definitely made my grits more soupy water adds the volume so I drink more eat less.

🤔 no ma’am! Grits should be rich and delightful.. don’t suffer if you’re going to eat them. Portion control can be obtain through macro scale but grits need time, love, butter and cream 😂

We were purchasing fresh dinners from Fit Life and I loved their shrimp and grits but the rice had a different look....turns out it was cauliflower rice but the spices and the chicken sausage they had covered it up. It was awesome!!
