Hi Josh, I am an old Lady 62, but I will reach my weight I thought I was 118 I am 122.6 lbs but still my bmi is still green so should not grumble. Its me and my wadrobe that is anyoying i have beautiful clothes I will not buy bigger. Enough about me. How are you? I see your weight is going down good. So very well done. Proud of you. Hey mel your positivity is awesome. And your post this morning drove me to do a hour workout. Your doing so well and I hope when I'm your age I will have the drive and positivity you have. I dont think anything should be rushed with what were doing. And your doing great. I started 3 years ago and I was 18.5 stone. And before I found this app I got down to 13. With the apps help and support from everyone I'm now 12 stone in very rapid time. Your have to learn to enjoy it. Now I never see anything to do with health and fitness as a chore. It's now my lifestyle and I love it. Keep up the good work mel your doing amazing :)
