I typically test my sugars and ketones 2hours after my supper (8pm-ish). For the last few weeks, my sugars have been phenomenal, ranging between 4.2-4.7. Tonight's number was 3.9 mmol/L (that's 70mg/d)! I've only had one other "low" like this before, and it was the last time I was well into Keto in 2016. Luckily, I don't feel any side effects, so I'm assuming as last time, my doctor won't be concerned.
My ketones are flying high. Usually mid 3's, tonight was 4.4. I actually thought I had reversed the strips and my sugars were 4.4. D'OH!
Either way, I'm a happy camper seeing those numbers. I'm not due to see the doctor until April, but I may try to get a blood requisition for March.
