A small splurge is in order for a birthday, just remember to not go overboard, as you may end up regretting it tomorrow (like I do sometimes. Haha.) Happy Birthday!!

Splurge a little, but be smart about it. I did that yesterday. Thought I shot my diet to hell, and after entering EVERYTHING i ate and drank. It wasn't as bad as I thought. So enjoy yourself and list all you enjoyed. You'll be surprised that it's not all that bad once in a while. And also HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Thanks everyone. I decided to go out for dinner at our favorite vegan restaurant. I'll enjoy myself in moderation ;) I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
