Yes, I am a gentleman... :) I am STILL catching up from my weekend of OVERINDULGENCE! GRRRRRRRRRRRR I was SOOOOOOOOO bad last weekend! I've done 3 days straight of 45 mins on the elliptical, and I am STILL above where I was a week ago. I've openned the door for you Yolanda, now walk right in! ;)

Im sure your weekend indulgence didnt consist of enough calories to sustain you plus an extra ten thousand for fat pounds, itll come off :-). Lots of water, start drinking it!
