I have decided to try and add some endurance training into my exercise routine. Sunday was my first attempt. My goal was to make 6 miles in 2 hours...this would average out to be a 20 min mile.

I wanted to run some and walk some...in the end I did 7.11 miles in 2 hours wich averaged to about 17 min mile. Running is not my favorite thing, so for now, I am very happy with this start :)

Wow, 2 hrs walking/running is a long time!! I get bored after 15 min, lol. Way to challenge yourself!

Bring an mp3-player with your favorite music. Helps keeping me entertained when I swim. :)

Wow! Good for you!! I couldn't keep it up for 2 hours, that's for sure!

I did get bored at times! My MP3 was priceless but, the gym tv's were on and after an hour of infomercials I was happy I didn't have a credit card on me :)
