Day 9 of the experiment and I am at 213 lbs. Last night I was hungry and tormented - I could have eaten anything that was not nailed down. Where did that come from? OMG! I tried to fight back with fat bombs and water, I finally had to go to bed before I ate the sofa -LOL. I hate it when that happens because all I can think about is eating.
I have lost 2 lbs over the 9 days since I drastically reduced dairy - at the same time, I also adjusted my RDI downwards. This is not a major drop in weight but I will take it! Today was piano, bookstore, grocery store and now I am back home. I made the kids pizza and I had veggies/ meat balls. I have two chicken breasts that I left marinating in the fridge before I took my 9 year old to piano, I just plopped them in the oven. It's on the spicy side and I am hoping it turns it well.
