I am very frustrated. I have been following the plan and I haven't really lost any weight since I started phase 2 which I have been on for 15 days. I am wondering if I am still consuming too many calories. I am small to begin with and don't have a lot to lose so I know it's not going to be easy. But all this work, and nothing to show for it is very discouraging. I have to stay focused and not give up but it is not easy to do. I'm thinking about returning to phase 1 because I lost 3 pounds then, but it was a very difficult phase for me. If I go back to it, I will not be able to give up the caffeine again.
