what do people eat for breakfast and lunch that isnt bread. I'm a fiend for it but know need to reduce this

881 kkal Lemak: 20,34g | Prot: 55,14g | Karb: 103,24g.   Makan Pagi: Tuna, Danone Light & Free Raspberry Razzle, Morrisons Cheese Slice, Asda Gala Apple, Hovis Bread. Makan Siang: Kingsmill White Bread, Tesco Plum Tomatoes, Tesco Bacon. Camilan/Lainnya: Protein Powder, Sainsbury's Skimmed-Milk. lagi...

For breakfast: 1). All Bran (40g), Frozen cherries (100g) Alpro Choc Milk (200ml-250ml) 2). Carrot Cake Oats, 30g porrage oats, 100g Alpro plain pot, 1 medium grated carrot, 1 teasp. cinnamon, 0.5 teasp. ground ginger, 20-25g sultanas 3). Weetabix, banana, milk of choice 4). 30g Porrage, 1 apple, 1 teasp. cinnamon, 100g Alpro plain pot (or yoghurt of choice) For lunch: Slimfast with frozen banana (makes it thick and creamy) but I do have wraps as well x

dipping eggs with asparagus is amazing

also a thin omelette so its like a wrap then i fill it with whatever i fancy

Weetabix, sweetened with a banana, or fruit, or scrambled eggs, sometimes I have krave cereal as a treat

I have 3 boiled eggs for breakfast no bread, and a tuna mayo sandwich for lunch x

Oatmeal with a bit of cinnamon, muesli and yoghurt, or a fruit salad.

Banana and Berries with a dollop of natural yoghurt/drizzle of honey or maple syrup is a fave breakfast of mine.

I have brown rice cakes peanut butter and banana. Low calories and tasty :)

How much is to much bread i eat a loaf of wholemeal a week?

Yoghurt, fruit, hash browns and tomatoes!

Breakfast is Two hard boiled egg and some fruit day one, Oatmeal and fruit day two, Three scrambled eggs day Three, Lunch sea bass veg day one, Small Chicken breast & salad, day two Meal replacement shake day three, then repeat. Sunday meal replacement breakfast Lunch is obviously small roast maybe meal replacement shake Sunday evening.

100% wholegrain rolled oats and fruit or choc shot.

Poached eggs with roast sweet potato, roast cauliflower or roast mushrooms, tomatoes and onion

Weetabix or porridge with raisins in or fruit and fibre with semi skimmed milk plus a crumpet bertoli light and raspberry jam. Treat weekend full English only one slice of wholemeal bread with fried egg as got to dip yolk or no bread if I have scrambled egg with slight grating of reduced fat mature cheddar 👍

if you do have bread have nimble bread 50cal a slice

Porridge? I cover mine in cinnamon and cut an apple in it too, to hide the taste😅
