January 1, 2010 I changed my thoughts and actions of an obese me to thoughts and actions of a thin me. Each and every thought I choose whether or not I am choosing thoughts of an obese person or a thin person are very powerful. I have the freedom to decide who I want to be and then take action to become the WHO that I am.
