Today marks the 17th day of my low calorie - SBD Phase 1 combination diet...
So far, I feel great - physically and emotionally! However, even if I have been consistent with keeping up with my food and exercise goals, I am still quite nervous about what the scales will show after 30 days. That's normal I guess. We'll find out in Feb 6!
No matter what the scales say though, I know that I am already doing my best to reach my goals. I just have to accept how my body responds to everything that I am doing - losing weight-wise. =)
