Just needing to vent: The most frustrating 😤 thing ever is when I up my walking and working out, curb my eating and still effing gain weight! I know this is a Rollercoaster of ups and downs and it's the overall progress but damn is it discouraging being 14lbs away from my lowest weight and I'm doing more to lose it than before. #waitingforthedrop

Hey, I totally feel you. My weight fluctuates like crazy, +/-3 lbs every week. I'd see a slight effect after keto diets or IF, but then it would plateau or even get worse than before. There are a couple things that might be impacting this:
- water weight. Will fluctuate a lot depending on how many fluids you drink day to day.
- the type of food you eat. You could be eating less, but all fatty foods that don't fill you up, so your body's holding on to whatever it can get. I'm still bad at eating the needed amount of protein daily and definitely eat more fat & carbs than needed.
- you upped your walking. You might be building a bit of muscle in your legs, and muscle weighs more than fat. Sometimez weight just isn't a good indicator of healthy change, I took advice from chrisw77 and took measurements of my arms, waist, hips, legs, and will compare after being consistent in my calorie intake for a couple months. Maybe try that?
- lastly, I don't know how often you weigh in, but I found that weekly is the shortest interval at which changes you'll see actually reflect what you've been doing. There's no point weighing in any more than that.

Also just saw your before/after pic - holy crud girl, you look amazing. At 139 lbs, I am a chunky lump compared to you - all that weight on you is toned muscle!
