Well, starting tomorrow I am off work for 4 days.. more of a 'food' challenge for me at home, vice work where I only eat what I bring here.... lol .. Serenity now.. I can do it ..... ~~smile~~

808 kkal Lemak: 24,09g | Prot: 41,68g | Karb: 115,21g.   Makan Pagi: Baked Egg (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Kraft Velveeta Shreds Original. Makan Siang: Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Acorn Winter Squash, Cooked Parsnips (Fat Added in Cooking), Wasa Light Rye Crispbread. Makan Malam: Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Arnold Multigrain Bread, Great Value Fancy Italian Blend Cheese Shredded. Camilan/Lainnya: Old Dutch Fat Free Pretzels, Coconut Macaroons, Trader Joe's Wasabi Peas, Strawberries, Great Value Baby Dill Pickles. lagi...

You can do it. I manage to hang in there on my days off. I do have to hide the Almonds though. lol
