I'll take it. Ate more than my typical yesterday (berries, cream cheese toast) so was hoping for a drop still vs an up. Got all the prep work done for the soups the last couple days so today should be able to throw it together and pressure can it and any broth left over to put on the shelf. Ham/bean and chicken/veg for the boy or for a cheat day. Mostly the boy.

Need to grocery shop today so I have no excuses this week. I'm going to actually go outside (shocker!) and maybe even take a walk around the block. Between working at home, covid and laziness I find myself staying in almost all the time. I'm getting boring. Need to change that.

Have a good day buddies. But first, coffee. I miss my creamer. :)
