Yeaaa. I actually added walking to my exercise regimen today. I walked just over 3 miles. I went even though we have santa ana winds here in southern Calif. Wind is not my favorite element and these are hot and dry, but I got out there anyway. I have trouble sleeping and that makes me awaken feeling tired. However after about 10 am I find my stride and have good energy until about 3. Slump then and good energy again until about 11. I will give sleepytime tea a try. fighting the urge to eat cookies just now.

im in southern cali too and the winds were blowing today, yet I'd rather have that then below zero weather...
