Well it took me 12 days to get it done but today completes Day-10 of Level-01 of the Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. Level-02 begins tomorrow. Today also marks my second day In The Blue, which thrills me immensely! And my new 30-Minute Jogs on my weekend days ( Sunday's and Monday's) is now in full swing as I know I am going "farther" than my initial estimates due to the fact that I did a whole lot of deep-banking in all of the turns. So I'm very pleased with the way things are going now. I'm not bothered by by the fact that today's and yesterday's weights are the same. It's the direction that's far more important to me now.
