I joined a while ago. I have not been using the app. I am definitely starting today. Feeling so very depressed about my appearance and my life. I want to feel healthier and happier. It's so motivating reading everyone's stories. Wish me luck🤗🤞

Welcome to FS ! It’s a great app and a great community. Remember, you only need to take small steps, just keep taking them consistently. And be sure to pick the low hanging fruit. That is, be sure to do the easy things first and make them habits. And if you mess up and fall down, don’t wallow on the ground crying, get up and keep going. Now is a good time to think about how you will maintain your weight once you reach goal, and start developing those habits. If you haven’t already, take some “Before” photos; you don’t need to show them publicly. Take some measurements, too. Measurements and clothes fit are better indicators of progress than scale weight. Good luck and congratulations on starting the journey!
