This app is a Godsend. Tracking my food good or bad. Is what helps me. Though since Thyroid surgery Nausea keeps me off track. But I log it anyway.

Good luck! I like reporting food in the diary. Makes me accountable. The different reports and percentages let me know I need more protein and less carbs and fat.
