Although, I have not step foot on a scale, Im starting to feel my cloths are fitting better already after only 5 days. My wife commented this morning that she noticed that she noticed a difference.
Im not using a scale because I guessed at my "starting weight" our scale is broken, and I didnt want to delay another second to start getting healthier!
