Day 13 - Uh, today was a family get together that turned into an absolute disaster with my diet. Social gatherings are so hard to get through! I had 2 beers, 2 slices of pie, and seconds for dinner. I was down 0.6 this morning, but I won’t be surprised if I gain it all back tomorrow.
Successes: 1) Was at the gym this morning bright and early for a 30 minute run. 2) Kept myself to 880 calories before the family party.
Need to work on: 1) I need some willpower to say no in social situations!!!
I can’t stay down on myself too long. Tomorrow is another opportunity!
