The recipe is.
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Cup of Celery
Cook for 5 to 10 minute
Open and cut a package of Andouille Sauce. I used Aidells Cajun style Andouille Smoked pork sausage.
Add sausage and cook for a few minutes and cajun spice blend and fresh parsley.
Add 4 to 5 cloves of fresh crushed garlic cook for 1 minute.
Add 2 cups of water with a tablespoon of better than bouillon roasted chicken base, a can of diced tomatoes two packages of frozen cauliflower rice and bring to a simmer. Mix and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Turn off heat and add shrimp. Let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes stir and enjoy!

I cooked the chicken with the cajun spice blend in the air fryer. I used chicken breast.
Spice blend
2 tsp chill powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme
3 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tablespoon of your favorite cajun seasoning.
