LOL... it was only a 1/2 pound loss meaured on my RNG (Random Number Generator)... I'm pretty sure you'll get there before me, but damnit... i'm gonna be RIGHT behind you! :)

I see your half pound, and I raise you just over a half pound lol. It's anyone's game. I have to keep reminding myself that this is going to take real time, not just one run and a couple good days of eating. Funny that I kind of have myself spoiled with how easy it was to lose the excess Christmas carb-water. Losing fat, well that's a whole different ball game. As long as it keeps moving down, well then we're in a good place!
