Okay so my last official weigh in was Dec 2. It is now January 2nd and I am just going to be honest...I ate like a cow the past month. And gain 6/10ths of a poud??? WTF is that? I should be happy I know but no freaking way! I ate chocolate....pie, cookies, cakes, candy galore. Why I am not over 200 again?
Either way, I have to get back on track. and not just because it's a new year. But because I want a new me.
