Day 4 - I’m feeling good about how well I’m sticking to my diet. Down 4.8 lbs total (I’m still calling this all water weight this early). Had a pretty easy day of work and am ready for the weekend!
Successes: 1) 30 minutes of swimming laps at the Y (amazing how weak I felt after 2 weeks of not swimming). 2) Below my calories and I’m eating HEALTHY!! 3) Bought lots of healthy food at the grocery store.
Need to work on: Still too much salt!!
