Psyched to be on the brink of my "final" phase! Starting Wednesday and aiming for 20 lbs over the next 12 weeks, Jan 8-Mar 26. At that point (168 lbs/12 stone), I'll be an officially "healthy" weight. Another 7 lbs would be nice but trying not to be over-ambitious or set myself up for failure. In truth, I've already lost 95 lbs since April 2013 but this will be the completion of my 100 lb FatSecret goal. Of course, the way I live now is a lifetime thing but I'm still determined to make this a truly spectacular finale!
