I haven't posted in a awhile, but I've been true to my woe & wol. It is just that the IT box (scale) is really starting to get to me. I've been staying on my diet but I haven't been walking as much as I should be so maybe I need to get that going more. This morning IT shows 149.4. I'm so tired of this and just want to be at my goal (138) and be done with IT, but I know I will NEVER be done. I also haven't been feeling too great lately. A job that was lined up for January has fallen through and another one just didn't feel right for me. So I'm just very tired.
