Day 3 - Feeling good and rewarding myself with a movie night. Looking forward to a lighter work day tomorrow and time to do a full workout at the gym.

Successes:

1) Down another 0.8 today (still water weight this early in the program)
2) Perfect calorie count today and lots of H2O.
3) Half weightlifting workout and 25 minutes of running on the treadmill at the gym this morning.
4) Hit my step goal (thanks to my run).

Need to work on:

1) Only 6 hours of sleep
2) Still don’t have any groceries!! Two fast food meals plus a bowl of soup = way to much sodium.

Still motivated to make more progress!
