Day 2 - Another super busy “make up” day at work, recovering from taking two weeks off for Thanksgiving. I feel really good about my choices today (in spite of eating out for all three meals).

Successes:

1). Down 1.2 pounds (I know this is water weight, but doggone it, it’s fantastic to seem the numbers decreasing!

2). I went to the gym this morning, lifted weights a little a did 30 minutes of cardio.

3). I picked very good food options for 2 of my 3 fast food meals, and did ok on the third.

4). Hot green tea replaced coffee with lots of cream.

Need to work on:

I need to buy groceries so I don’t have to eat out three times a day 🧐
