I have to be honest & say that I have been working the system! ;) I have learned what foods my body can handle (& not gain weight) & what foods my body becomes bloated with! I had McDonalds grilled chicken wrap (actually 2 of them) & an order of fries this week! Yep ... 2.6lbs. gained in one day! My body didn't like that evidently! Now it's 2 days later & that water weight is gone! Thank God! I made a new year's resolution to treat 150 like I have been treating 160! I have been floating from 156 to 163 for months now! I would love to float from 145 to 153 instead! That's just 10lbs., but I will not reach that goal by working the system! FOCUS! :S On a positive note, yesterday I worked out @ the gym on the elliptical. Typically, I set the machine on level 10, 11 or 12. I set it on 13 & pushed myself thru it! I was sweating up a storm, but I burned 670 calories in 1 hour! I felt great! ;)
