I took one week off, just one, and my buffer completely disappeared. I was bad, but still didn't expect to gain 12 pounds. I've gotta get my buffer back asap. I'm on it. 😠

Fake weight! LOL!! In order to gain 12 pounds in one week you would have to eat 42,000 calories more than you burn. 💗

Chalk some of it up to hidden sodium content, especially if you were eating out or using prepacked food.
