Well I made one goal....i made it into size 14 jeans by christmas! That felt good...but I fell off the wagon a bit. So tomorrow I'm back on it. Goals as follows: 120 oz of water daily, record food intake, increase exercise, QUIT SMOKING.... oh and if my body is gracious enough to allow it, lose another forty pounds by the end of may... ;)
