hello fat secret.... praying that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday...I know I did :) and I'm sure my pup ruckus did lol he is still sleeping it off... we went for a 35 min brisk walk this morning and plan on going again in an hour...I did not step on the scale this morning and I'm not going to until Sunday.. I'm going to be good and move more the next few days and I hope I'm right were I was on Wednesday... maybe even down a bit would be nice look smile 😜 either way I'm giving myself a break... cause I would for anyone else.. why not myself... is funny we are so hard on ourselves.... oh you blew it you fat hog you ate two pieces of pie.... but to our friends we would say... that's ok you're going to get right back on track, you got this.... why is it so different... so I'm going to start talking to myself like I would my friends... no more self negative talk!!!

That's right. Be nice to our friend! ;) Your brain hears what you say and believes you. So when you catch yourself talking mean to yourself, tell yourself to stop it and then say something positive. Reframe the perspective and say it out loud to yourself. It can become a habit and eventually it's easier to believe it instead of rolling your eyes at yourself. YOU DO GOT THIS!! Great job! :)
