Ok, restarting but didn't want to lose the info from before the last few months. SOOO ready for this. My best friend/cuz and I have a challenge to lose at least 6 lbs a month with diet and exercise. I need to lose 50, she needs to lose 30. We officially start tomorrow and it ends when I go see her for Girlfriends Weekend the weekend after Mothers Day. We're good for encouraging each other...ok, with a little "I did better than you did this week" thrown in there for fun. I want my size 8 pants back. I want to be able to sleep on my stomach comfortably. I want to bend over to touch my toes without having to hold my breath because my stomach is in the way.
2014 is my year. So with excitement and not a little trepidation (no one said the year of change was going to be easy), I start, ok re-start, my journey for the UMPTEENTH time. I bought healthy food, I'm structuring my life in a way that will support me doing better and I'm determined to kick some bellyfat butt. I have a year paid for at the gym and now just need to get my ass in there and work it off....
