My excesses on Christmas day cost me at least a 1000 calories over RDI. Weighed in on my new digtal scales (from fat Santa) and was informed I had gained 4.5 pounds in one day. I immediately went back to my CICO program, but with a vengeance. Today I got back on the scale and found I had lost 2.2 lbs, but was still 2 pounds over pre Christmas weight. I was able to lose the two pounds so fast because we had a salted ham and I ate lots of it. The fluids I drank did the rest. I should get back to my original weight (198) in a few days if I keep faithful to the program. So for all of us who slipped, it was a great time, now I must pay the piper and I will. Happy new year to all.
