40g oats, 1 egg, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp vanilla extract, 30ml skimmed milk. Blitz in a blender. Fry on medium heat, spray pan with frylight. I made 9 pancakes of around 6cm diameter. I then used defrosted raspberries and 1tbsp white chocolate spread heated in the microwave so it can be drizzled. Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
