I seem to have hit a plateau...or my past sins last week caught up with me...McDonald's, Dominoes and peanut fudge. I did it to myself, and I am mad at myself for it.

That's what I'm hoping...and it wasnt like I didnt eat healthy the rest of the week, but I had 3 oops moments, which is why i'm sure i didnt lose anything. Frustrating, as I am so close to One-derland.
