And another Monday! Is it me or does it always seem to be Monday...haha. I had an "ok" diet weekend, I worked out HARD but ate a few splurges so I maintained basically, but that is ok.
This week I want to add more fruits to my diet. I have been really focused on protein and calories but I need to add some fruit in addition. Therefore, in addition to protein and calories, I am going to add fruits! Who knew eating was such a science =-)
I am really close to goal number one, for that I am proud of myself. Here is to a good week!!
