And another Monday! Is it me or does it always seem to be Monday...haha. I had an "ok" diet weekend, I worked out HARD but ate a few splurges so I maintained basically, but that is ok.

This week I want to add more fruits to my diet. I have been really focused on protein and calories but I need to add some fruit in addition. Therefore, in addition to protein and calories, I am going to add fruits! Who knew eating was such a science =-)

I am really close to goal number one, for that I am proud of myself. Here is to a good week!!

Lihat Kalender Diet, 20 Desember 2010:
850 kkal Lemak: 20,58g | Prot: 67,69g | Karb: 104,79g.   Makan Pagi: banana, Hydroxycut, water. Makan Siang: carrots, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Chicken, John Morrell Ham Strips, balsalmic, cucumber, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes. Makan Malam: pie crust, potatoes, cream of chicken, mixed vegetables, chicken breast. Camilan/Lainnya: Hemp Protein, orange, hydroxycut. lagi...

Yay, Penny! Hey, as long as you can work off what you splurged on, go for it. Especially if you're really pushing yourself with your workouts.Increasing fruit is a fantastic idea...fiber always helps "move things along" hahaha I think I'll join you on your fruity journey
