Weekly weigh in and I’ve lost another 2.9kg 👀 yes I know it will eventually get harder to loose it but hopefully by then I will be able to do more exercises either at the gym or get out and do some walking while photographing the wildlife around where I live
203,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 25,8 kg.    Sisa: 76,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Yes but I am really overweight so it is falling off me at the moment but I know it will slow down eventually... keep doing what your doing and it will work 😊
